Born in Chambersburg,PA on April 21, 1983, Katrina is the daughter of Sherry Cline/Thomas Mengel and Dale Cline/Joy Cline. She has an identical twin sister, Crystal Cline who recently became engaged to Matthew Stine. Katrina has one step brother Shane Mengel who lives in California and two stepsisters. Katrina has lived in Shippensburg all her life and attended Nancy Grayson elementary school. Katrina has lived in the same house since she was two, although in the past few years an addition has added much to the home.

In high school Katrina was involved in band and met many friends. she was band president, national honors society vp, and took many ap courses... After graduating from Shippensburg High School in 2001, Katrina attended Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA for 4 years, graduating in May 2005 with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Katrina completed her student teaching at West Middlesex Elementary School and will be living in Shippensburg until the wedding, working at Sylvan Learning Center as Assistant Director. She will be looking for a full-time teaching position at State College for the fall of 2006.
